Product Description
Redispersible Polymer Powder (RDP) is a free-flowing polymer powder binder produced by spray drying specially formulated polymer emulsions. When mixed with water, RDP readily redisperse to form a stable polymer dispersion, making it an effective additive for improving the performance of dry-mix construction materials.
Laisen RDP offers strong adhesion, improved flexibility, crack resistance, water resistance, and durability, helping enhance the overall performance and workability of various cementitious and gypsum-based formulations.
RDP is widely used in tile adhesives, cement-based mortars, self-leveling compounds, repair mortars, exterior insulation systems, and other dry-mix building materials. Its convenient powder form also facilitates transportation, storage, and formulation in modern construction applications.

Application Scenarios
Laisen Redispersible Polymer Powder (RDP) readily redisperses in water to form a stable polymer emulsion. As the water evaporates, the polymer forms a continuous film that provides good flexibility, adhesion, weather resistance, and durability.
When incorporated into mortar and dry-mix construction formulations, RDP helps improve substrate wetting, water retention, workability, adhesion, crack resistance, and overall durability.
It is widely used in tile adhesives, cement-based mortars, self-leveling compounds, repair mortars, exterior insulation systems, and other polymer-modified construction materials.
