Product Description
Palatinose is a structural isomer of sucrose, consisting of glucose and fructose connected by α-1,6 glycosidic bonds. It presents as odorless white crystalline powder with stable physical properties. Distinguished from sucrose’s α-1,2 bond structure, this molecular rearrangement endows it with unique low-glycemic, stable and non-cariogenic characteristics.

Application Scenarios
This functional sweetener features sucrose-like pure taste yet milder sweetness. It cannot be fermented by common yeast and microorganisms, effectively preventing dental caries. After human ingestion, it is slowly decomposed and absorbed in the small intestine, stabilizing blood glucose and minimizing insulin fluctuation, which makes it friendly to diabetic groups, infants and teenagers.
Widely applicable in beverages, fruit juices, pastries, biscuits, cold desserts, candies, preserved fruits, jams and alcoholic drinks. It can fully or partially substitute sucrose to optimize product taste while upgrading nutritional and health attributes of finished foods.
