Product Description
PO-632 Cleaning & Descaling Agent is a specially formulated blend of chemicals with chelating, cleaning, and dispersing properties. It provides both effective cleaning and corrosion inhibition, offering fast cleaning, excellent descaling performance, and a low corrosion rate.
PO-632 primarily removes scale through chelation and dispersion, breaking down and dispersing accumulated deposits into the cleaning solution. This minimizes potential damage to equipment surfaces and helps prevent over-cleaning even when a higher dosage or longer cleaning time is required.
Unlike conventional hydrochloric acid cleaning, PO-632 is less affected by the presence of interfering metal ions such as iron and copper in the water, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial cleaning applications.

Application & Dosage
Calculate the total water volume of the equipment or circulating system to be cleaned. Dilute PO-632 with water at a recommended concentration of 2–5%.
For systems with scale deposits thicker than approximately 3 mm, the dosage may be increased as necessary according to the actual scaling condition.
Ensure that the cleaning solution circulates throughout the system. Add the required amount of PO-632 to the circulating water and continue circulation for approximately 2–3 hours.
During the cleaning process, additional PO-632 may be added at approximately 0.05% as needed to maintain cleaning effectiveness.
After cleaning is completed, drain the cleaning solution thoroughly and flush the system with clean water. The equipment can then be returned to normal operation.

Packaging, Storage & Precautions
PO-632 is supplied in plastic drums, typically 25 kg per drum, or according to customer requirements.
Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor area. Recommended storage period: 12 months under proper storage conditions.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment during handling. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention if necessary.

Heat Exchanger Cleaning
Suitable for cleaning plate heat exchangers, shell-and-tube heat exchangers, and other heat-transfer equipment. PO-632 helps remove scale and inorganic deposits from heat-transfer surfaces and restore efficient heat-transfer performance.
