Product Description
HPAA is a high-performance organophosphonate corrosion inhibitor with excellent chemical stability. It is resistant to hydrolysis and remains stable under both acidic and alkaline conditions.
HPAA provides excellent corrosion inhibition performance, particularly for metal protection in industrial water treatment systems. It can also improve the solubility and stability of zinc ions, making it suitable for formulated corrosion inhibition programs based on zinc salts.
HPAA is primarily used as a cathodic corrosion inhibitor and provides combined corrosion and scale control when formulated with suitable low-molecular-weight polymers and other water treatment chemicals.
Its strong corrosion inhibition performance makes HPAA particularly suitable for industrial circulating cooling water systems in the steel, petrochemical, power generation, pharmaceutical, and other process industries.
It is also suitable for cooling water systems with low hardness and relatively high corrosion potential, including certain water qualities commonly encountered in southern regions.

Application Scenarios
1. Industrial Circulating Cooling Water
HPAA is widely used as a corrosion inhibitor and scale-control component in circulating cooling water systems, including:
· Steel and metallurgy
· Petrochemical plants
· Power plants
· Pharmaceutical manufacturing
· General industrial process cooling systems
It is particularly useful in systems where metal corrosion control is a primary concern.
2. Low-Hardness Cooling Water
HPAA is particularly suitable for low-hardness water systems with relatively high corrosion potential.
Its strong corrosion inhibition performance makes it a useful component of treatment programs designed to protect carbon steel and other metal equipment under challenging water chemistry conditions.
3. Zinc-Based Corrosion Inhibition Programs
HPAA can be combined with zinc salts to improve corrosion control performance.
The ability of HPAA to help maintain zinc in solution makes it suitable for formulated corrosion inhibitor programs where zinc is used as a complementary corrosion-control component.
