Product Description
PO-730 Slime Dispersant is a multifunctional formulation composed of highly effective cationic surfactants, powerful penetrating agents, and dispersants. It provides broad-spectrum antimicrobial and algicidal activity together with strong slime stripping and cleaning performance.
PO-730 offers excellent dispersion, penetration, and wetting properties, enabling it to penetrate and break down deposits composed of microbial slime, oily sludge, algal and bacterial secretions, algae, and other organic contaminants.
In addition to its slime removal performance, PO-730 helps soften and clean deposits from metal surfaces, while providing corrosion-control benefits and helping improve heat-transfer efficiency of water circulation equipment.
PO-730 is formulated to be compatible with commonly used metals, rubber, and plastics and is readily soluble in water. Its performance is not significantly affected by water hardness, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial water systems.
PO-730 is therefore widely used in recirculating water systems for slime stripping, deposit removal, and system cleaning. It can also be used as a biocide and algaecide, cleaning agent, and preservative in papermaking applications.

Directions for Use
As a Slime Dispersant
When used for slime stripping and deposit removal in recirculating water systems, the typical dosage is:
200–500 ppm
The dosage should be calculated based on the system water volume.
When significant algae growth is present and rapid microbial reduction and slime removal are required, the dosage may be appropriately increased according to actual system conditions.
After treatment, detached slime, algae, sludge, and other contaminants may appear in the circulating water. These floating materials should be removed promptly to prevent secondary deposition and recontamination of the system.
As a Biocide and Algaecide
When used for microbial and algae control, the typical dosage is:
100–200 ppm
The actual dosage should be adjusted according to water quality, microbial loading, algae growth, and system operating conditions.
Compatibility
PO-730 must not be mixed with anionic surfactants, as incompatibility may affect product performance.
It should also not be used together with chlorophenol-based biocides.
