Product Description
Polyether ester defoamers are prepared by reacting polyether defoamers with fatty acids or other organic acids. Their molecular structure retains certain functional groups of polyether defoamers while introducing ester groups, which helps reduce the effects associated with hydrogen bonding in conventional polyether defoamers. As a result, they offer improved dispersibility and more persistent foam-suppression performance in certain specific industries and applications.
In addition to the strong foam-suppression performance of conventional polyether defoamers, polyether ester defoamers generally provide enhanced dispersibility.
According to the characteristics and requirements of different industries, different organic acids can be selected for esterification. When necessary, the product may be blended with other polyethers or subjected to partial hydrolysis to achieve the required defoaming and foam-suppression performance for specific industries or applications.

Application Scenarios
P-12 polyether ester defoamer is mainly used in industrial environments with high COD, high pollution water quality, and strong acids and alkalis. It is also suitable for specific fields that have requirements for dispersion performance and high-temperature resistance.
Environmental Protection and Water Treatment
This is the core application direction of this defoamer, especially for difficult wastewater treatment:
Garbage leachate: Can handle complex water quality with high COD and high pollution, and quickly eliminate foam.
Aerobic tanks and biological fermentation: Suitable for the aerobic tank environment of wastewater treatment and foam control during the biological fermentation process.
Power plant desulfurization and smelting: Exerts an anti-foaming effect in power plant desulfurization and oxidation smelting processes.
Industrial Cleaning and Processing
Slag wastewater and cleaning: Specifically used for the foam elimination process in slag cleaning.
Metal processing: Not only has a good defoaming effect in metal processing fluids, but also has anti-rust and lubricating properties.
Cement mortar: After addition, it has a good defoaming effect on oil well cement, and will not reduce the compressive strength of the cement mortar, and is also applicable to scenarios with strict requirements for strength ratio.
