Product Description
PO-800 is an environmentally friendly, phosphorus-free corrosion and scale inhibitor formulated with a high concentration of functional groups, including carboxyl, hydroxyl, and ether groups.
In aqueous solutions, these functional groups provide excellent complexing and dispersing properties for metal ions such as calcium, magnesium, and copper. They also effectively inhibit the formation and activity of salts containing these ions, helping to prevent scale deposition and corrosion in water systems.
Performance testing has demonstrated that PO-800 provides excellent scale inhibition and corrosion protection. Residual product discharged with wastewater can be biodegraded by microorganisms, minimizing environmental accumulation and reducing the risk of persistent pollution.
PO-800 does not contribute to eutrophication and is designed as a new-generation, environmentally friendly corrosion and scale inhibitor for applications where phosphorus-free water treatment is required.

Application Scenarios
The optimum dosage should be determined through on-site testing based on the specific water quality and operating conditions.
Add the required daily amount of PO-800 to a plastic chemical dosing tank. For easier handling and dosing, the product may be diluted with water before use.
The diluted solution can be continuously injected or intermittently slug-dosed into the system using a metering pump or flow-control valve. The recommended injection point is at the inlet of the circulating water pump, i.e., the outlet of the cooling-water collection basin.
The typical dosage is:
30–70 ppm
The actual dosage should be adjusted according to the specific water quality, system operating conditions, and results of on-site testing.
Packaging, Storage & Handling
PO-800 is supplied in plastic drums, with a standard packaging size of 25 kg per drum. Other packaging sizes are available upon request.
Store indoors in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
The recommended shelf life is 12 months when stored under proper conditions.
PO-800 is a mildly acidic product. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) should be used during handling. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately and thoroughly with plenty of clean water.
