Product Description
PO-600 is a high-performance corrosion and scale inhibitor formulated with special surfactants, high-efficiency dispersants, corrosion inhibitors, and other functional components.
It is designed for cooling water systems using conventional water sources as the cooling medium. PO-600 is a blended corrosion and scale inhibitor that provides corrosion protection primarily by suppressing the polarization of metal surfaces, while controlling scale formation by chelating and stabilizing calcium and magnesium ions.
PO-600 contains no nitrites, chromates, or other toxic substances and is environmentally friendly when used as directed.
Under normal operating conditions, PO-600 provides excellent corrosion protection, with the corrosion rate of carbon steel remaining well below the limits specified by applicable Chinese national/industry standards.
PO-600 also provides effective corrosion control in aggressive cooling water with chloride concentrations above 300 mg/L and high calcium and magnesium levels, while maintaining excellent scale-inhibition performance.

Application Scenarios
Add the required daily amount of PO-600 to a plastic chemical dosing tank.
The product should be continuously injected into the cooling-water circulation system using a metering pump or a flow-control valve. The recommended injection point is at the inlet of the circulating water pump, i.e., the outlet of the cooling-water collection basin.
The typical dosage is:
20–50 mg/L, based on the makeup water flow rate.
The actual dosage should be adjusted according to the specific water quality and operating conditions of the cooling-water system.
Packaging, Storage & Handling
PO-600 is supplied in plastic drums, with a standard packaging size of 25 kg per drum. Other packaging sizes are available upon request.
Store indoors in a cool and dry place, protected from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
The recommended shelf life is 12 months when stored under proper conditions.
PO-600 is an acidic product. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) should be used during handling. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately and thoroughly with plenty of clean water.
