Product Description
PO-700 Oxidizing Biocide is a new-generation, high-efficiency, low-toxicity, broad-spectrum biocide and algaecide designed for microbial control in industrial water treatment systems.
PO-700 exerts its biocidal activity through chemical reactions with amino groups on microbial cell surfaces, interfering with protein synthesis and altering the internal structure of proteins. It can effectively control and eliminate a broad range of aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms, as well as algae.
The product can also adsorb onto microbial cell surfaces and damage the cytoplasmic membrane responsible for controlling cellular permeability, ultimately leading to cell death.
Due to its effective multi-mechanism microbial control, microorganisms are less likely to develop resistance during prolonged application. In addition to its strong biocidal performance, PO-700 provides excellent penetration and slime-removal properties.
PO-700 is compatible with commonly used corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, and dispersants. It can also be used in systems containing chlorine and offers good formulation and process compatibility.
With good surface mobility and penetration properties, PO-700 can penetrate protective layers formed by accumulated sludge and slime, helping reach and control microorganisms beneath these deposits.

Packaging, Storage and Handling
PO-700 Oxidizing Biocide is supplied in plastic drums, typically:
· 25 kg/drum
· Custom packaging available upon request
Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated indoor area, away from direct sunlight and incompatible materials.
Recommended storage period: 12 months under proper storage conditions.
During handling, appropriate personal protective equipment should be worn. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
In case of skin contact, rinse immediately and thoroughly with plenty of clean water.
Always consult the applicable Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before handling, storage, or use.

PO-700 can be applied to a variety of water qualities. The typical dosage for routine microbial control is:
80–120 mg/L
The actual dosage should be adjusted according to water quality, microbial loading, system operating conditions, and treatment requirements.
For slime removal and stripping treatment:
200–300 ppm
The optimum dosage and contact time should be determined according to the degree of contamination and specific system conditions.
