Product Description
PO-882 RO Biocide is a bromine-based, non-oxidizing biocide designed for effective control of algae, fungi, and bacteria in reverse osmosis (RO) systems.
It provides effective microbial control over a relatively broad pH range and maintains good stability even under alkaline operating conditions. PO-882 offers effective microbial control at low treatment concentrations with a relatively long-lasting treatment effect.
By controlling microbial growth and biofouling, PO-882 can help reduce the frequency of chemical cleaning of reverse osmosis membranes and potentially extend the service life of RO membrane elements.

Microorganism names have been rendered using commonly used English microbiological terminology where the original Chinese name permits unambiguous identification. For regulatory or certification documents, the exact strain/species identification should be verified against the original test report.
Application Scenarios
PO-882 RO Biocide (DBNPA) can be used for microbial control in:
Reverse osmosis (RO) systems
Membrane water treatment systems
Industrial water treatment
Process water systems
Pretreatment and membrane protection processes
Other aqueous systems requiring rapid microbial control
Product Positioning
PO-882 RO Biocide (DBNPA) is a fast-acting antimicrobial treatment based on 2,2-Dibromo-3-nitrilopropionamide (DBNPA). It is designed to control microbial growth and help reduce biofouling in reverse osmosis and other industrial water treatment systems.
