Chemical & Laboratory Use – Widely deployed for buffer solution configuration, analytical testing, dehydration treatment and glucose purification.
Textile & Leather Industry – Applied as a dyeing mordant and acid neutralizer to improve dye adhesion and treat industrial wastewater, also available for leather tanning auxiliary processing.
Food Industry – Used as a food seasoning, preservative and fresh-keeping agent for cooked meat, salad dressings and instant foods. Synergistic use with lactate and propionate significantly enhances antibacterial and fresh-keeping effects with a conventional dosage of 0.2%–0.5%.
Daily & Thermal Products – Leveraging its reversible heat storage and release characteristics, it is widely manufactured into hand warmers and phase-change thermal storage materials.
